Is there a relationship that needs some extra care and attention in your life?
Perhaps you’ve been neglecting someone or something, and now’s the time to start rebuilding those bonds?
Maybe, this person is you.
I know that feeling all too well. You want to spend time with your person, to have actual conversations, to communicate and talk about all the universe has to offer, Aliens, Theorize potentiality. You know what I mean more than that of, “Oh, hi hunny how was your day?” to get a short reply and off to the Xbox to game with the boys……ya, I know that feeling.
When we’re caught up in our own busy lives, it can be easy to forget the value of human connection. But the truth is, building and maintaining relationships is essential to our well-being. Taking the time to reconnect with friends and loved ones can bring us a sense of joy and fulfillment that can’t be found elsewhere. Moreover, these relationships can provide us with an invaluable support system during both good times and bad. By prioritizing connection and taking the initiative to reach out to those we care about, we can tap into the power of community and build a stronger, more resilient life. So even when we’re feeling overwhelmed, let’s remember the importance of human connection and make time to nurture the relationships that matter most to us.
As we become more in touch with our own selves, we start to realize the importance of self-care and self-love. Taking time to nurture our own needs and desires can have a profound impact on all of our relationships – especially our relationship with our spouse. When we have a strong sense of self, we are better able to communicate our needs and boundaries to those around us.
By prioritizing our own growth and development, we also become more open to new experiences and relationships. We may find that we attract new people into our lives who share our values and passions. And even the most mundane interactions, like chatting with the grocery store cashier, can become meaningful opportunities for connection and learning.
So if you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or your loved ones, consider taking some time for introspection and self-care. You may be surprised at the positive changes that come your way!
During this transformational phase, allow yourself time to rest and recover. Don’t be limited by outdated belief systems, but instead, keep an open mind to new ideas and possibilities. Extend your knowledge and engage in higher consciousness. Set intentions with clarity and manifest what you truly desire, allowing IT to come into your life if it serves your highest good.
Remember, your life is what you make it, and you are worthy, capable, and beautiful. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and transformation, and come back stronger than ever before.
Two Crystals That Helped Me Connect with Myself and Others
I’d like to share with you two of my favorite crystals that have been instrumental in my journey of self-discovery and connecting with others.
In your journey, it’s important to remember that it’s not always easy and sometimes you may need a helping hand. I have found that utilizing crystals has been extremely beneficial for me. Clear quartz, in particular, is a versatile crystal that serves various purposes (which I will delve into in a future blog). Trust me when I say that you can never have enough of it! Clear quartz not only amplifies intentions but also calls in supporting energies and influences. It’s a stone that promotes transformation and clarity, allowing for deeper insights and guidance in personal relationships, including with your partner. By communicating with the crystal, you’re tapping into your higher self and the soul of the person you’re speaking to. For instance, if you have something important to tell your partner, but are unsure how to do it, you can talk to the clear quartz designated for that specific intention and share your story. Within minutes or even seconds, that person may approach you with similar thoughts, creating a stronger connection. You can also communicate with your crystal to help you learn, understand and gain insights. Don’t ignore those awe-inspiring thoughts that come to you.
The second crystal is Petrified Wood, widely know for its grounding properties this crystal is exponentially powerful in times of transformation.
It’s a grounding stone that helps to connect you to the energy of the earth, providing a sense of stability and security. Petrified wood is known to aid in the release of old patterns and beliefs, making way for new growth and experiences. This crystal can help you to stay focused and grounded, even during challenging times. It’s also believed to enhance patience and perseverance, which are essential qualities to have during any journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Whether you’re working through a difficult situation or simply looking to connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you, petrified wood can be a powerful ally. So, if you’re feeling like you need a little extra support during your journey, consider adding this wonderful crystal to your collection.

Yes! The “ah ha”! Realizing, yet again, that while getting absorbed in responsibilities and being used to handling things alone leaves no time for self care or self love. Seeing time after time throughout life that the reward of always giving and caring for others, listening but not being heard has been “stifling”. By my allowing this, I’m contributing to the inability to progress. Asking for help is not easy after being taught/trained to “figure it out yourself”, but with major restrictions. Learning how to make time for myself, learning that it’s okay to say what’s on my mind is an ongoing struggle. Crystals have assisted in more ways than I can list. Friendships (now that having them doesn’t result in bruises and further isolation) have taught me more, or awakened things already known, in the last 5 years that I make sure to express my gratitude as often as possible to the universe and the people who have helped me along the way. While there’s still major work to do, I’m forever grateful for the progress so far. There’s so much more that could be said. The surface has barely been scratched. The journey continues. Thank you!
What Beautiful words! It has been such a pleasure to know you through your transformation and growth and to be present for those “ah-ha” moments!!! I love you so much, beautiful, kind, caring and loving soul!
